I take orders through e-mail and I validate them also through an e-mail confirmation.

A standard parcel of Oltea Fantasy Costume Jewelry is a registered letter with a weight under 500g, sent through the Austrian Mailing Service. It corresponds to a necklace with earrings or, depending upon size, to one to three photos. Orders involving a higher weight have special conditions which are communicated upon shipping.

a) Orders up to 100 euro

The shipping is made as quickly as possible, however not later than 4 business days after the payment reached my account. Cash-on-delivery parcels are sent within 7 days after order confirmation.

b) Orders more than 100 euro

The shipping conditions and the way of payment are agreed separately in each case. I take all the efforts to finish your order as quickly as possible. That can take different lengths of time depending on the season.

Longer delivery time because of an absence during the Austrian public school holidays are communicated upon order confirmation per e-mail.

The standard shipping (s. TU 2.) is made on the most inexpensive way, unless the customers wishes it otherwise and requires it through an e-mail. (To the Price Table)

If that is the customer’s wish, the shipping can be made through an expedited service.

I reserve myself the right to accomplish partial deliveries in economically appropriate sizes. Additional postage and forwarding expenses are not charged for.

If all the orders exceed altogether a 50-euro-limit (including fees), the customer is entitled from that point on to 5% discount on that order and on further orders as well.
From the moment when the total orders amount exceeds the 100-euro-limit (for products or fees), the customer becomes a regular customer, which entitles her or him to a 15% discount for products and 5% on fees.
Payment for products already shipped cannot be re-calculated.

For deliveries in European Union countries the prices contain already the Austrian VAT. Retailers receive special conditions, which are to be discussed individually. For deliveries outside the European Union the prices are reduced by 17%. The special fees of any kind are excluded from the VAT calculation.

Products ordered in the standard form can be returned within 14 days after receiving them at the expenses and risk of the customer, except the situations when the customer did not receive what (s)he have ordered or the products are defect because of my fault (s. TU 8). The returned items must be properly packed.

Please understand that customer orders and adjustments take the product the possibility to be returned.

I do not take responsibility for any events derived from the use of my articles. Material informations are given by the manufacturers themselves; I usually cannot check them.
Oltea Fantasy Costume Jewelry is handmade out of nature or manual manufactured materials, so that light deviations among similar products are inevitable. The colors in the electronic version can differ from those in the reality.

I use with my best conscience the best possible materials, however it is inevitable that these are not always perfect. If an imperfection should occur because of my fault, you can send the products back at my expense. As replacement you can select one of three products comparable in price. Imperfections in a part of the products do not entitle the customer to the rejection of the entire order.

Please understand that additional purchases of matching items are not always possible: While making my purchases I buy on purpose rather several kinds of beads than several beads of one kind. Because of that I cannot always guarantee a completion to a set (necklace, earring, bracelet), neither at the moment of the purchase nor later.

I understand as an one-of-a-kind piece from my Oltea Fantasy Design Jewelry a piece which differ in at least one of the following characteristics from all the others:
       a) Lines/shapes, i.e. outline
       b) Size, i.e. the scale of the outline. (The variations within the usual neck or joint lengths for the necklaces or the bracelets, as well as the form of the earring hook do not influence the design.)
       c) Design-shaping colors like those of the beads, wires or threads, however not those of the clasps or of the crimp beads
       d) (Glass) Beads

If one of these characteristics is different, then the piece is also another Oltea Fantasy Jewelry piece.

Through your ordering you agree that I store your data in my customer card index. They are confidentially treated and used exclusively by me or by business members. Your data are passed on to a third party under no circumstances.

In turn you agree that you also do not on pass on my data to a third party without my prior written agreement.
