We are but flutes under God's lips... (Kahlil Gibran)

Born '67 in Romania. I'd have liked to study Psychology, Arts or Literature. The winner was, well, Physics. I liked it, too, it formed my systematic way of thinking I already had...

'90 I emmigrated a bit, to Vienna. University, 3 years Japanese language and culture, 2 years Chinese too. Then about one year or so backpacking in the Far and Very Far East. Lived half an year in Japan, the country where I must have lived also some recent previous life :) .
All the travels, mostly beneath the lowest limit of the the lowest bugget, meant actually all together some two and a half years of my life, about 35 countries and 4 continents. There were quite a few unique experiences in them: from the Everest Base Camp to sleeping under the benches of some Chinese trains, dodging the fare on them and, maybe the greatest of all, meeting people who were that correct, that they were ready to just give me $ 200 so that I, not they!!, be able to keep something I had promissed...

Back to Vienna, married my ex-friend, nowadays my husband and best friend. Two kids, twins, definitely not the "copy and paste"-type because one is a girl and one not.
Still in Vienna, when those two little angels they still are today, grew a bit up, I tried to learn for about two and half years to sell jewelry in a shop of a Vienna-based international company. I still don't know it. (By the way, maybe you are the sales person I need, who wants to make some extra money by selling my products?)

'06 we "un"-emmigrated back to Romania. We had left to Austria to something better, then returned to Romania again to something better, but with a new definition for what this "better" was. Yes, we did live very good in Vienna, but still, we somehow didn't really live.  It seems that civilization is, at least to some extent, at odds with the soul.  Here just one peak of the iceberg: Somebody commented a song of Meat Loaf, saying, with  falling mouthcorners and a very sarcastic voice, What's that?!, "I'd do anything for love" ?! Bullsh##! I'd do anything for my carreer, yes!, but, for... love?!?!
I am grateful to the Austrians for everything I acquired while there, but mostly because I learned what really counts in life.

Now we live in Romania's Tirgu Mures. I started by being a Physics (and, by force, a Chemistry) teacher at the German School here. I quitted quickly a system I didn't want to adapt to. From time to time I'm playing the outdoor teambuilding instructor with the Outward Bound Romania. This fits pretty well a part of my soul. However, the other part, linked with the arts, is for me the most important. When I made up the picture you see under "Exhibiton" on the top of the page, I was intensely happy two days long!
