Everything on this
website is self-conceived and -made. Since the summer of 2000, when I
manufactured the first pieces, some
hundreds of other ideas are waiting to be called into being. That means also: no fixed range of products, but one or only a few identical pieces.

I try to stay away of the usual type of necklaces, with
the well-behaved beads threaded one after the other like cars in a
traffic jam.
And am still lookong for the words
best describing this jewelry. For the time being I refer to it as
being mathematical.

Anyhow,
everything around us seems to be able to be turned into a necklace:
a butterfly, the bread structure, a scale.

I have the feeling that much of the man-made design surrounding us
nowadays is born out of logic: it's chill, angular, purely
functional. For me, mostly without feeling. Coming back to the
"civilization" after several days spent in the mountains I
sometimes feel like being choked by all the
greys and metal, the hardness and uniformity and corners, and by the absolutely straight lines and edges of the city.
